SMS marketing requires a separate, optional opt-in. Email consent, checkout terms and research-qualification confirmations do not subscribe you to SMS marketing. When you opt in, OASIS Labs records your mobile number, the date and time, collection source, account identifier where applicable, and the exact disclosure and linked policy versions. We use these records to manage your SMS preferences, document your request, and prevent messaging to opted-out numbers.
We do not sell SMS opt-in information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process it under our instructions to operate an approved messaging program or maintain secure records. We retain necessary consent and suppression evidence for as long as needed to administer preferences and meet applicable legal obligations.
