Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accepting delivery of products from Oasis Labs (“Products”), you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not purchase or use the Products.

Your Use of Products

Oasis Labs sells products solely for laboratory research purposes. These Products are not intended for use in food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or commercial applications. You acknowledge that the Products have not undergone testing by Oasis Labs for safety and efficacy in such applications.

You commit to testing, using, manufacturing, and marketing any Products from Oasis Labs in line with the standards of an expert in the field and in full compliance with all current and future laws and regulations. You guarantee that any material created with our Products will not be adulterated or misbranded as defined by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and will not be introduced into interstate commerce if prohibited under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act.

You understand that our Products unless stated otherwise, are intended for research purposes and may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. It is your responsibility to ensure that Products purchased from Oasis Labs are used in compliance with TSCA where applicable. You also agree to inform any associated personnel of the potential risks involved in handling the Products.

Resale, Distribution, and Export

The Products you purchase are to be used directly by you and as described above. You agree not to market, distribute, resell, or export the Products for any purpose, adhering strictly to the intended use of laboratory research.

The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent

Governing Law and Disputes

Any disputes related to your order, the Products, or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the state where Oasis Labs is registered, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Both parties waive their rights to a jury trial for any disputes.

Indemnity and Insurance

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis Labs, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from your use of the Products, breach of these Terms, or any negligent, reckless, or wrongful conduct.

Ethical Research Mandate

Oasis Labs advocates for research conducted within the appropriate regulatory framework and ethical standards. Research involving mammals must comply with ethical principles and regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We encourage all researchers to complete the necessary training before engaging in any animal research.

FDA Disclaimer

The statements on our website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption.

Purity Disclaimer

Oasis Labs guarantees 99% purity for all research peptides based on industry-standard testing methods. However, due to standard analytical variability, actual purity may fall within an acceptable standard deviation of up to 2% of this value.

Payment Processing Disclaimer

All payments made to Oasis Labs are processed by “AMD Research, LLC” and will appear as such when using eCheck. Credit card payments processed through “OASIS” will show as “OASIS” on your credit card statement.
