Oasis Labs is committed to providing a fast, reliable shipping experience while maintaining full compliance with all applicable regulations.

Processing & Shipping Speed

All orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped same day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Same-day processing applies to business days only (Monday-Friday)
  • Weekends and major holidays are excluded

All shipments are sent via FedEx 2Day delivery, ensuring fast and consistent transit times. FedEx 2Day service operates only on Monday-Friday; meaning if your order is shipped on a Friday, Tuesday is considered the 2nd Business Day.

Cold-Shield Packaging

Every order is shipped using cold-shield packaging designed to help maintain product integrity during transit.

This packaging helps protect against temperature fluctuations. It is NOT intended to keep the products cold. Our products are sold in lyophilized form which is exceptionally stable at room temperature for extended periods of time. The cold-shield is an extra step we take for product integrity but is not necessary for the products. 

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available.

Compliance & Shipping Restrictions

Oasis Labs respects all federal, state, and city laws governing the sale and shipment of our products.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and product type. To remain compliant, our shipping restrictions are outlined in the footer of our website and are automatically updated through Waave compliance to reflect the most current regulations.

Orders placed for restricted locations may be canceled or adjusted as necessary.

Delivery Timing

While we prioritize rapid fulfillment and use expedited shipping methods, delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance and external conditions outside of our control.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Oasis Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery process. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Our team is available to assist further if needed.
