Under current U.S. regulations, all materials offered by Oasis Labs are required to be labeled “For Research Use Only” and “Not for Human Consumption.” This designation exists to satisfy federal standards, particularly under Section 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and to clearly distinguish our products from drugs regulated by the FDA. These disclaimers are not a reflection of product quality, purity, or potential. Rather, they are a necessary compliance measure for the distribution of research-use materials. As a research supplier, Oasis Labs is obligated to ensure that all end-users acknowledge and accept this regulatory framework before purchasing. We do not provide usage guidance, nor do we endorse any application beyond lawful, institutional, and investigational research. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to use materials in accordance with all applicable laws, safety protocols, and ethical standards.

All peptides are sold in 3ml or 10 glass vials.
For maximum shelf life and integrity, lyophilized peptides should be stored in a sealed vial at refrigerated or frozen temperatures prior to reconstitution.
Preferred storage: –20°C (freezer)
For long-term preservation and maximum degradation prevention: –80°C (ultra-low freezer)
Avoid frequent freeze-thaw cycles, exposure to humidity, or light. Once reconstituted, compounds should be used promptly and stored only as your protocol or lab guidelines allow.
This is normal. Peptide powders may appear as a solid mass but can break up into powder during shipping. This does not affect the quality or purity of the product.
Shipping Information
We also offer 2-day expedited shipping vis FedEx which are only available for orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm pst. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, the your order will ship out that following Monday. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
At this time, Oasis Labs does not offer international shipping. Due to the complex and inconsistent regulatory frameworks surrounding research materials across borders, we have chosen to limit fulfillment strictly within the United States and it’s territories.
Oasis Labs ships with FedEx.
We offer various shipping 2-Day Shipping with FedEx, on all orders. We charge a flat rate of $16.95 for Priority shipments. Shipping times vary depending on your location and delays may be subject to your shipment with consideration to inclement weather. All orders over $150 has free shipping.
Although carrier issues are beyond our scope of our control, we recommend looking around your property for the package. Sometimes carriers leave parcels in inconspicuous areas for safety reasons or they may have delivered to a neighbor next door. Rest assured, we want you to receive your items. If your package says delivered but you have not received it you must complete the following steps in order for us to reship your items out.
1. Contact your local FEDEX Office or if you have a relationship with your delivery person, ask them to check their truck/facility.
2. File a lost package claim with your carrier. You can use the link here: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html All of the information you need to file your claim can be found in the tracking email that we sent to you.
3. The carrier will provide you with a claim number or confirmation email of your claim being filed. Please forward a copy of the claim number or screenshot of the confirmation email and our shipping department will discuss your reshipment.
Orders ship from our facility 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you contact us prior to the shipment being sent out we will do our best to get the correct address updated. Please send an email to support@myoasislabs.com with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped we are unable to do anything further.
Customer Service
If you forgot to add your discount code at checkout you must reach out to us via email within the first 30 minutes of placing your order. AS A ONE TIME COURTESY, we can send you the savings amount in the form of a store credit only. We cannot refund the difference regardless of your payment method.
Each of our products undergoes HPLC testing by a vetted third-party analytical lab. To ensure transparency, we provide:
Batch-specific COAs (Certificates of Analysis) directly beside each product listing
A dedicated COA Archive page where you can access prior batch data for full traceability
Although mistakes happen, our shipping department works diligently to ensure each parcel is handled with care. If you receive the wrong item please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items you received. We will correct the problem immediately and send out the correct item(s) on the same or next business day that we are made aware of the issue. You must submit a photo of the items received in order for us to process a reshipment.
We offer free replacements on items that have been damaged during transport/shipping. If you received a damaged or broken item, please send us a photo immediately so we can send out a new product.
