Return Policy

At Oasis Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, untampered vials.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Oasis Labs does not cover return shipping fees.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oasispeptides.com with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note: Items that are opened, tampered with, or returned beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted or refunded.
