Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping to the customer and the return shipping to Oasis Labs.

Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for unopened products within 14 days of delivery and follow the same requirements and shipping responsibilities as returns. All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Products
If a product is believed to be defective, notification must be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos describing and showing the issue. Defective products must be returned to Oasis Labs for inspection before a replacement will be issued. Replacements are only provided for verified defective products.

Final Discretion
Oasis Labs reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request for any reason at our sole discretion.
